by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
The buyer bears the cost of 6.95€ per return from Germany. The cost of 6.95 EUR per returned order will be subtracted from the amount refunded to your original payment method. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that are not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at service@luxanddeals.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items bid on and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, after the cost of 6.95 EUR for the return has been substracted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
